General Guidelines


Abstracts must be submitted in English using exclusively the online system of the Congress web page (Abstract submission). Please indicate your preference for presentation (oral short talk, poster presentation, or either).
Your abstract should be no longer than 350 words (including references but not names or affiliations).
The Title must be no longer that 30 words.
Please indicate up to 6 key words of your abstract.
The Scientific Committee of ISMND 2022 will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for a short talk or a poster presentation, with consideration given to the author’s preference but more importantly scientific impact.
An author may submit a maximum of one abstract as First Author. It is possible to appear as co-author on other Abstracts.
 
Certificates will be given only to registered participants.
Also, presenting authors of abstracts must be registered participants at ISMND 2022. Registration must be received by the end of August and no later than September 7th, 2022 to ensure that your abstract is included in the conference program and scheduled for presentation. After that date all unregistered presentations will be excluded from the scientific program.

Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline.
Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered. Submission of an abstract acknowledges your consent for the abstract to be published in the official programme if accepted. 
The corresponding author must ensure the congress secretariat, that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and they consent to its submission.
Authors will be notified by e-mail no later than August 31st , 2022 , whether their abstract has been accepted or rejected, and, in case of acceptance about the form of presentation.
Students will have to present an ID to prove their status.

Presentation format

Short-talk presentation

Oral presentation format is PowerPoint. Oral presentations must be pre-uploaded in the Speakers Ready Room [HN8] one day in advance of your presentation (Monday morning for presentations on Monday afternoon). The use of your own laptop or USB is not permitted. For other presentation format, please the Conference Organizer.

 

Poster presentation 

The dimensions of the posters are 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (length) and should be posted on October 10th 2022 in the special stands that will exist in the space near the exhibition area of the Conference and they will remain posted throughout the conference.
